Executive Assistant

Tara Stephenson

Tara Stephenson is the Executive Assistant for the CEO and Eexcutive team at NEBDN and supports the Board of Trustees.

Tara joined NEBDN in December 2016 as an Assessment and Awards Officer, supporting with both face to face written National Diploma, Post-Reg exams and face to face OSCE exams across the country. After 3+ years in the Assessment and Awards team, Tara was promoted to Executive Assistant to the CEO in February 2019, where her role varies day to day, from supporting the Board of Trustees, Projects, HR, and the culture of NEBDN. She has a real ‘get things done’ attitude and is a highly effective problem solver.

Although Tara’s role as an Executive Assistant is supporting the Executive to ensure that the organisation is ‘on top form’ and nothing goes amiss, her experience and knowledge of the Dental world is constantly expanding, and she is grateful to be surrounded by a team who have a wide range of knowledge and provide training along the way.

Tara is keen to continue creating a culture of positive mindsets within NEBDN, helping to create an environment where people work collaboratively together and cheer one another on from the sidelines. The depth of knowledge we have in our team is mind-blowing and she is excited to be part of it.
