Please note that all Record Searches are non-refundable. You will only be issued with an NEBDN Badge if you passed an NEBDN qualification, if you complete payment, and we discover you did not complete your qualification with NEBDN you are not eligible for a refund. Once payment is made, your Badge will be issued via post within 30 days.

Disclaimer:
All NEBDN Learners will receive a Certificate and Badge, which will be sent to their Provider upon successful completion of their qualification. The form below should only be used to request a replacement for lost or damaged items.
