Customer Support Officer

The Role 

As our Customer Support Officer, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding end-to-end customer service to internal and external stakeholders. You will respond to enquiries, resolve issues, manage information, and support service delivery through effective use of our existing systems, contributing to ongoing service improvement and a consistently high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities 

We’re looking for someone customer-focused and approachable, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail. You’ll have experience delivering excellent customer service, be confident using IT and office systems, and be comfortable managing a busy workload and prioritising multiple tasks while working within data protection and regulatory frameworks.

Internal Quality Auditor

The Role 

The Internal Quality Auditor will provide support within the NEBDN team on evaluation, auditing and improvement of all internal processes. Reporting to the Internal Quality Manager, they will work effectively to schedule and conduct audits across all departments, ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements, identify areas for improvement and operational risk factors and provide actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and financial accuracy. They will support a culture of quality assurance and continuous quality improvement across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities 

The role supports effective quality assurance across NEBDN by coordinating internal audits, reviewing and improving policies and processes, and ensuring consistent standards and clear documentation across the organisation. You’ll also be promoting a positive culture of quality, employee health and wellbeing, legal compliance, and effective risk management to protect NEBDN’s reputation and deliver the best possible service to its beneficiaries.
