Linzi Crawford

Linzi Crawford qualified as a dental nurse in 2012 and is GDC registered, holding a NEBDN Certificate. She went on to complete an Oral Health Education Certificate and a Foundation Degree in Advanced Dental Nursing, before moving into multi-site practice management role at Bupa Dental Care.

Linzi later moved into the commercial side of the profession as a founding team member and Head of Clinical & Commercial Operations at Your Smile Direct, a clear aligner company based in Dublin. She is now CEO of Hirsch Dynamics Holding (HDH), a Swiss-headquartered, family-owned group of international dental manufacturing companies spanning the US, Austria, Switzerland, and China/Hong Kong, where her role spans regulatory affairs, commercial strategy, and multi-entity operations across jurisdictions, with deep expertise in EU MDR, ISO 13485, and FDA QSR frameworks.

Linzi brings a combination of frontline dental care experience and C-suite leadership of a multi-jurisdictional medical device group to her role as a NEBDN Trustee.
