Our office is now open, with a hybrid model of working in place.

The hybrid model means some NEBDN staff members will continue to work from home and others will return to the office on scheduled days of the week.

What does this mean for you?
We’re pleased to say this transition of hybrid working won’t affect the excellent customer service you or our stakeholders receive, as our employees are equipped to continue their roles remotely without any disruption to the service we provide. All calls and emails will still be answered, and our team can resume with the sending of certificates and badges without delay.

This new model provides flexibility to our employees and forms part of our ‘Green’ initiative to work smarter and reduce our environmental footprint. Our aim is to become a more environmentally sustainable organisation.
