Anna Domaszek

Anna joined NEBDN in April 2025 as Head of Regulation, bringing over 15 years of cross-sector experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and operational leadership.

With a Master’s in Organisation and Management, Anna has successfully held senior roles in both the education and commercial sectors, including at Ofqual recognised awarding organisation, where she was part of the senior leadership team. There, she played a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, overseeing quality assurance frameworks, managing risk, and supporting strategic planning and governance.

Her earlier career includes roles in quality and operational management within logistics and automotive supply chains, where she led ISO 9001:2015 implementation, internal audit programmes, and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies.

Anna’s professional journey reflects a strong commitment to high standards, regulatory excellence, and building resilient, compliant systems that support sustainable growth and credibility.
