NEBDN has developed a new, more modern qualification to replace the current National Certificate. Called the NEBDN Diploma in Dental Nursing, it consists of both written and practical assessments developed by subject specialists in conjunction with a well respected Educational Adviser.

 

Information regarding the assessments will be posted in this section on a regular basis.

The revised curriculum now includes a syllabus at Appendix 1.  Reference to the National Certificate qualification has been removed (this was initially included to provide training centres with additional support information whcih would allow them to amend their training to suit the Diploma curriculum).

Diploma Optically Marked Recognition (OMR) Answer Sheet

 

The Optically Marked Recognition (OMR) answer sheets will be used for the Diploma Examination.

The answer sheet must be filled in using a HB pencil and each answer must be indicated with a single line through the corresponding letter.  Each candidate must indicate their NEBDN number in the top right section and complete the required information in the top centre section.

Once the examination is over, the OMR sheets are returned to NEBDN where they are processed through an optical reader.
